How I'm surviving and managing anxiety right now.
I have decided to shut off the news. I've been waking up in the middle of the night each night with a pit in my tummy. Feeling anxious and working to stay in the present moment as much as I can.
What we focus on expands. But with nothing on in my house, my brain is in overdrive. So I listen to things that fill my sleep soul.
