⛸ Looking for off ice strength, flexibility and a fun workout accountability group this summer? 


Details: 
It’s a 4 week program 6 days a week 25-30 minutes. It alternates between fire-y cardio fun with Jericho and flow-y strength and stretching with Elise. IYKYK.

For me it’s going to be perfect to start my summer morning workout routine and schedule AND a great way to build my endurance and flexibility for ISI worlds in August. (I’m competing open bronze - my first competition since I was 17!!! YIKES!)

I’m going to officially start our FULL accountability group on DAY 1 on JUNE 13th. 

Per usual, we will do the workouts on the same day so it makes it really hard to skip. We can share in the fun accountability and camaraderie of that, share our struggles and successes, and also tips, tricks, and questions in regards to meals, nutrition, post skating snacks, and making this all work into normal life. You know - the ush. 😎

My goal is to have 25 Adult Skaters in it! I hope one of them is you. 😘

(PS - if you don’t want to wait until June 13, LMK - I’m not. Hahahaha)
