What is the nutrition plan like?
Challenge and Completion packs include BOTH Premium Video Nutrition courses that I am a certified coach for (Ultimate Portion Fix and 2B Mindset). I will help you decide which plan will fit your lifestyle and get you the long term sustainable results you are looking for. Once you learn the principles in these programs, you will be set up to keep it up for life! No food group restrictions, no fasting or starving, or long term prepackaged meals. In fact, learning how to fuel your body will fuel your workouts! This combination of nutrition and fitness is amazing! There is even a plan to have "exercise optional" if you want to do only nutrition.

I always recommend the Deluxe package - especially with starting a new program where you may be sore.
Shakeology fills the gaps in our nutrition, is a meal replacement or a snack, and is talked about heavily in both of the nutrition plans. Having this to start will simplify the meal prep process. You choose to continue or cancel after the first month.
Starting a new type of exercise uses so many different muscles! Recover will help you function the next day and allow you to give your next workout or run 100%. And Energize will give you the power to really crush your workout.

- If you can't decide between the performance and Shakeology, honestly get deluxe. The bundles are a great way to try everything for this group.
- Everything is put on "auto-ship" and will be renewed in 30 days. It is easy to change flavors, postpone or cancel.
